Cleaning and Care:
We recommend the sink is cleaned once a week with soap and water. This should keep your sink looking like new. Stainless steel sinks contain many micro brush marks, which will also help hide many scratches from normal use.
We do not recommend using rubber or plastic mats as they trap soap and debris. If you are using the stainless steel grids please be sure to remove the grid when cleaning the sink.
If your water has high iron content, a brown surface stain may form on the surface giving the look of rust. Depending on the minerals added to your water, a white film might develop on the sink. If you have strong minerals in your water supply the sink should be towel dried after use. If your sink is maintained properly it should be simple to clean with soap and water.
We do not recommend using any hard abrasive or steel pads to clean the sink. If you must use something stronger than soap, we recommend Bar Keepers FriendĀ® liquid cleaner. When used as directed, it will clean and hide many scratches. It is important to gently follow the grain of the brush marks in order to avoid creating marks in an opposite direction.
